We are not acting as an estate agent or letting agent for the transactions advertised on the platform. We do not set viewing appointments, negotiate offers, conduct referencing, collect rents or deposits, or handle conveyancing or tenancy agreements. Advertisers and property seekers make arrangements directly with one another.

Each paying advertiser receives one organic promotional campaign per week while their paid advertising service is active. We may promote an individual property, a group of that client's current listings, or the advertiser's profile.

Campaign content and channels are selected according to the package and our agreed promotion schedule. A campaign does not guarantee views, enquiries, a sale or a letting. Paid social advertising and bespoke creative projects are not included unless separately agreed.
