Privacy Notice
This notice describes what Ultimate Gems Property does with personal information today. The website currently offers a free property search, a contact form and a form for reporting an advertisement. It has no advertiser accounts, takes no payments and sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we are
Ultimate Gems Property is a trading name of Amberly Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 14298860, at Gloucester House, 23A London Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE2 8AN. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the kind of account you told us you hold, the category of your enquiry and your message. We use it only to answer you. Our basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
When you report an advertisement we collect the address of the advertisement, what you told us is wrong with it, and your email address if you chose to give one. Giving an email address is optional. We use this to review the advertisement and, if you asked for one, to send you a reply. We do not pass your details to the advertiser.
If you tick the optional box to receive updates about advertising, we use your email address for that until you tell us to stop. That is consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to build a profile of you. We do not pass it to advertisers. We set no advertising cookies and run no third party analytics.
Property advertisements
The particulars, photographs and contact details on an advertisement are supplied by the estate agent or private landlord advertising that property. When you contact an advertiser you deal with them directly and their own privacy notice applies to that contact, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with the matter it concerns, and then no longer than two years so that we can show how a complaint or a report was handled. A report about an advertisement is kept as the record of why that advertisement was changed or removed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our using it, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Ask us through the contact form on this website, or telephone +44 7938 818628. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
When advertiser accounts, billing and promotion are added to this website, this notice will be rewritten before those features are switched on, because they involve information this notice does not cover.
