Is it free to search properties?
Yes. Buyers and renters can browse advertised properties and contact the named advertisers without paying us anything.
Who can advertise?
Estate agents and private landlords, subject to verification and to the advertising terms.
How long does a listing stay live?
A standard advertisement runs for 28 days, as long as the advertiser keeps the information accurate and it continues to meet our publishing standards.
Do you conduct viewings or negotiations?
No. Every viewing, negotiation and transaction is arranged directly with the advertiser.
Does each property get its own weekly campaign?
No. The included weekly campaign is per paying advertiser, not per property. One campaign may feature one or more of that advertiser's properties.
Does a private landlord have to subscribe monthly?
No. The landlord option is a single payment for a 28 day advertisement, with an optional further purchase to renew.
Can agencies advertise both sales and rentals?
Yes, within their package capacity, permissions and listing requirements.
Are enquiries or sales guaranteed?
No. We provide advertising and promotion. We cannot guarantee results, and we will not pretend otherwise.
How do I correct an inaccurate listing?
Use Report a Listing, or contact the advertiser. We may review or remove advertisements that do not meet our publishing rules.
