How the packages are shaped
- Private landlord: one advertisement, 28 days, paid once, no recurring charge
- Small agency: a small number of simultaneous active listing slots, billed monthly
- Professional agency: more simultaneous slots, billed monthly
- Established agency: more again, billed monthly
- Enterprise: slots, branch permissions and promotion scope agreed with you
Agency limits refer to simultaneous active listing slots, not to how many advertisements you may place over time. The 28 days is the life of each advertisement and is separate from monthly agency billing.
Prices are not published yet
Package prices are still being costed, and the VAT treatment is being confirmed with the company's accountant. We are not publishing figures until they are approved, because a price on a website is an offer and ought to be one we can stand behind.
