For property seekers, we provide an organised place to browse property advertisements free of charge. For advertisers, we provide clear listing options and a practical approach to digital promotion designed to help their properties gain visibility.
More than uploading photographs
We believe the value of advertising goes beyond uploading photographs and waiting. That is why our planned service includes one organic digital marketing campaign per paying client each week, supported by efficient tools and transparent reporting. Our intention is to give advertisers useful information about how their listings are performing.
What we leave to the advertiser
We do not conduct viewings, negotiate prices or tenancy terms, prepare agreements, collect deposits or rent, or manage properties. Questions about a specific property, including its availability and the next steps, should be addressed to the advertiser.
